What we need to quote accurately
A few details help us dispatch the correct truck:
- Vehicle type (car, SUV, van, motorcycle, caravan, etc.)
- Condition (accident damage, flat tyre, non-start, locked steering)
- Access notes (carpark height, narrow driveway, steep grade)
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Preferred time window (now vs booked)

What happens next
Once we have the details, we’ll confirm availability, a price estimate and an ETA. For many metro jobs we aim to arrive in around 45 minutes once the job is accepted, subject to traffic, location and truck availability.
