Specialist vehicles and tricky access
If your vehicle is low-clearance, modified or damaged, let us know before dispatch. A tilt tray is often the safest option for lowered cars, AWD/4WD and accident damage because it keeps the vehicle stable during loading and transport.
Our tilt tray setup uses a hydraulically tilting slide deck with a winch so vehicles can be loaded smoothly. We use rated tie-down points, soft straps and wheel chocks/skates where required to help prevent movement in transit. For low-clearance, AWD and damaged vehicles, a tilt tray is often the safest option because it keeps all wheels supported.
Safety matters. Every job is planned around safe loading, load restraint and clear pickup/drop-off instructions. Our operators follow road safety requirements and industry best-practice towing procedures, and we can talk you through any site-specific constraints (tight driveways, underground parking, steep grades or accident scenes).
How to book
For an accurate quote, share pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle type, and whether it rolls/steers. Mention flat tyres, locked steering or carpark height limits so we can send the right equipment.
